Mahilpur, (February 1) - Jai Bhim Karwan Charitable Society Registered Mahilpur President Seema Rani Bodh said in a conversation that daily walks for physical fitness. And one should practice daily meditation (dhyana sadhana) to eliminate the thoughts from one's thoughts.
He said that by walking daily we can avoid physical diseases to a large extent. Just as daily walking and yoga are necessary for the health of the body, similarly there is a strong need for daily meditation practice for the health of the mind. With concentration of mind we can reflect on those vices from our thoughts and remove them from our mind which trouble us in our daily life. He said that we should take some time out of our daily busy life for ourselves. One should love nature and elements of nature. One should live with each other in a spirit of love and eliminate feelings of enmity. One should plant saplings in one's home to obtain pure oxygen. He said that according to Lord Buddha, there are changes in the eternal sky from time to time. Human life depends on the earth, air, water and the heat of the sun. With the combination of these four elements, life is born on earth. He said that we should meditate seriously on the teachings given by Tathagata Lord Buddha. By practicing daily meditation sadhana we succeed in understanding nature and the system of nature.
