Patiala, February 1 - Efforts are being made to prepare the students of government schools for future competitive exams. Under the same series, by the Director of Educational Research and Training Council of School Education Department, Punjab, keeping in mind the curriculum of the students, speech competition on English subject and quiz competition under National Innovation Campaign are being organized. These competitions of District Patiala were conducted at Government Senior Secondary School Old Police Line Patiala under the direction of District Education Officer (Secondary) Patiala and Dr. Ravinderpal Singh Sub-District Education Officer (Secondary).
Mandeep Kaur Principal Government Senior Secondary School Old Police Line distributed prizes to the winning students and congratulated them saying that all the students have worked very hard. And hope they will work harder in future to get better results. In the speech competition of secondary classes held on this occasion, Praneet Sharma Government Senior Secondary School Seyuna got the first place, Sohana Government High School Rajpura Town got the second place and Mantrit School of Eminence Mahendraganj Rajpura got the third place. In the national innovation campaign quiz competition of secondary classes, Government Senior Secondary School Kapuri Block Darian got first place, Government High School Dantrala Kharo Block Bhadson-2 got second place and Government Girls Senior Secondary School Manakpura Block Rajpura-2 got third place. Government Senior Secondary Smart School Civil Line Patiala got first place, Government Senior Secondary School Model Town Patiala got second place and Government Senior Secondary School Chunagra got third place in National Innovation Abhiyan Quiz competition of middle classes.
