He said that the state government is rising above vote politics and working on the agenda of serving the welfare of the poor and balanced development of the district. Mukesh Agnihotri said that to permanently solve the water problems in Una district, crores of rupees are being spent on water schemes in the entire district so that the people of the district are provided clean water for drinking and adequate water for irrigation. The Deputy Chief Minister said that the state government started Sukh Ashray Yojana for orphan and destitute children. Himachal Pradesh has become the first state in the country to start this scheme. The state has adopted 4 thousand orphan children of the state under Sukh Ashray Yojana and given them the status of Children of the State. He informed that 238 children have been identified in this scheme in Una district. Mukesh Agnihotri said that due to the natural disaster in the state, the state has to suffer huge losses. He said that the state government released a special package of Rs 4500 crore to provide immediate relief to the disaster affected people. Under this special disaster relief package, financial assistance of Rs 7 lakh each was provided to rebuild the houses that were completely damaged and Rs 1 lakh each was provided to re-establish the houses of the partially damaged people so that the homeless people could be rescued. People should not face any difficulties in building their own houses. Mukesh Agnihotri said that the state government has benefited one lakh 36 thousand employees of the state by restoring the old pension scheme in the first cabinet meeting after assuming power. He said that whatever promises the Congress party has made to the people will be fulfilled. He said that various programs are being run by the state government for the advancement of daughters.
The Deputy Chief Minister said that 10 thousand new recruitments will be made under the Jal Shakti Department in the state. He said that department personnel will be appointed on each water scheme. He informed that 350 conductors and 350 drivers will also be recruited in the HRTC department. Along with this, new buses will be run on 175 routes under the Darshan Seva Scheme. He informed that special buses will be run for darshan service for each religious place. He told that 50 buses will be run for Haridwar and 6 special buses for Ayodhya. Apart from this, he said that all the religious places of the state will be beautified and renovated. He said that ropeways will be installed at Chintpurni and Bijli Mahadev, Baba Balak Nath so that it becomes easier for people to reach the temple. He said that a scheme worth about Rs 44 crore has been prepared for Lower Bangana, the foundation stone of which will be laid soon so that adequate water can be provided smoothly to the people of the area.
The Deputy Chief Minister said that no person involved in drug addiction will be spared. He also urged the local people that if they have any such issue in their mind regarding drug trade then it should be brought to the notice of the administration. He said that the name of the person giving information will be kept confidential. Along with this, he called upon the people not to fall into the trap of people who double their money. He called upon the general public to provide their valuable cooperation in the development works for the continuous progress of the district.
38 different problems and 45 demands were received in the Government Village Door Programme.

Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri interacted directly with the beneficiaries of various schemes during the Sarkar Gaon Ka Dwar program organized at Basal in Kutlahar Assembly constituency. Akash Sharma, who benefited from the Sukh Ashray Yojana, said that after the death of his parents, he was facing a lot of difficulties to earn his living. Akash Sharma was earning his living by grazing goats. He told that he got the benefit of Sukh Ashray Yojana through the District Child Protection Officer and within three days he was enrolled in the veterinary course and a fee of Rs 3 lakh was paid and he is also getting Rs 4,000 per month. . Akash Sharma expressed his gratitude to the state government and Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri for connecting the children with competition by linking them with Sukh Ashray Yojana. Mandeep Singh, the second beneficiary of the same scheme, said that currently he is pursuing ITI education and is taking the benefit of Sukh Ashray Scheme. He thanked the state government for this.
Apart from this, Kaushalya Devi, who lost her home due to natural disaster, also thanked the state government. He told that his house was partially damaged due to the disaster, for which he was provided immediate financial assistance of Rs 1 lakh through the Revenue Department, for which he thanked Mukesh Agnihotri and the state government.
Shankar Chaudhary, who benefited from the special Lok Adalats being run by the state government, also expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the state government. He told that the matter related to the transfer of his land was pending for a long time. But these special Lok Adalats have provided permanent solution to their problem.

Eligibility certificate and FD provided under Sukh Ashray Yojana and Beti Hai Anmol
During the village door programme, the government provided eligibility certificates under the Sukhashraya Yojana to 14 eligible children of the district. Apart from this, under Beti Hai Anmol Yojana, in the first phase, FD of Rs 21 thousand each was provided to 6 girls.
During the program, self-help groups have been formed by the Forest Department in ten panchayats of the district to increase livelihood opportunities under the Green India Mission. Flour mills, sewing machines, spray pumps, tarpaulins and agricultural equipment were distributed to 12 self-help groups formed in six panchayats under Kutlahar assembly constituency.
Deputy Commissioner Raghav Sharma gave detailed information about the Government Village Door programme. He said that the problems received during the program will be resolved by the officials of the concerned department within the prescribed time period.
Kutlaihar Assembly constituency MLA Devendra Bhutto said that the state government is trying to ensure that people get every basic facility at their doorstep. He said that a new water scheme has been approved to provide a permanent solution to the water problem in Kutlahar area. The foundation stone of this scheme will be laid soon.

Inaugurated and laid foundation stones of various developmental works
On this occasion, the Deputy Chief Minister inaugurated the water supply scheme Jhalera constructed at a cost of approximately Rs 67 lakh, sub division office of Jal Shakti Department constructed at a cost of approximately Rs 71.5 lakh and Rs 56 lakh 25 thousand. Apart from this, Mukesh Agnihotri also laid the foundation stone of the Panchayat building in Una to be built at a cost of Rs 2 crore 25 lakh.

Free Health Checkup Camp
During this period, the health of 334 people was examined by the Health Department and 212 by the AYUSH Department and free medicines were also distributed. In the testing camp, 184 lab tests, chest X-rays of 12 patients and 76 aura cards were also made.
