The ceremony of unfurling the national flag was performed by the Chief Guest Professor Lakhwinder Kaur (Ret.) and congratulated on the Republic Day. He remembered the patriots who contributed immensely in the struggle for freedom and equal rights given by the framer of the Constitution, Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar. On this occasion, the President of the organization Jagtar Singh IRS (Retd.) thanked the intellectuals and distinguished citizens of the city who had come.
