Government school girl students won bronze medal in National School Games

Patiala, January 20 - Two girl students of Shaheed Udham Singh Government High Smart School, Gangrola have won bronze medal for Punjab by joining the softball team of the National School Games 2023-24. Giving information in this regard, Birinder Singh Grewal, Head Master of Shaheed Udham Singh Government High Smart School, Gangrola, said that in the National School Games 2023-24 softball tournament held in the city of Bikaner, Rajasthan, two female students of the school were part of the bronze medal winning team of Punjab.

Patiala, January 20 - Two girl students of Shaheed Udham Singh Government High Smart School, Gangrola have won bronze medal for Punjab by joining the softball team of the National School Games 2023-24. Giving information in this regard, Birinder Singh Grewal, Head Master of Shaheed Udham Singh Government High Smart School, Gangrola, said that in the National School Games 2023-24 softball tournament held in the city of Bikaner, Rajasthan, two female students of the school were part of the bronze medal winning team of Punjab. Jasmin Kaur (ninth) daughter of Harmeet Singh and Prabhjot Kaur (tenth) daughter of Harjit Singh were also present.
   On reaching the school after winning the medal, the villagers, school teachers and school management committee members also congratulated the female students and the physical education teacher of the school, Gaurav DPE. Head Master Birinder Singh Grewal said that District Education Officer (Secondary Education) Patiala Harinder Kaur and Deputy District Education Officer Dr. Ravinder Pal Singh also congratulated the girl students, school head and teachers.
