Patiala, January 11 - Deputy Commissioner Sakshi Sahni today made a surprise inspection of the Aam Aadmi Clinic located near Gurdwara Sri Dukhniwaran Sahib and reviewed the health facilities being provided to the people there.
On this occasion, the Deputy Commissioner interacted with the patients who came for treatment and received feedback regarding the health facilities available in the Aam Aadmi Clinic. The patients present also expressed their satisfaction on the facilities available in the Aam Aadmi Clinics opened by the Punjab Government with the aim of major improvement in health facilities, including medical check-ups, free medicines and tests. Sakshi Sahni said that 58 Aam Aadmi clinics are functioning in Patiala district.
During the inspection, the Deputy Commissioner talked to the doctors and staff present and said that the Punjab government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann should take full advantage of the Aam Aadmi Clinics started by the Punjab government to provide quality health services close to the people's homes. Strict compliance of the instructions given to provide enhanced health services to the people should be ensured.
