Hoshiarpur - Deputy Commissioner Komal Mittal today encouraged the winning children of Hoshiarpur in the National Dance Sports Championship competitions held at Lovely University Phagwara in the District Administration Complex and wished the children and their parents all the best for selecting at the international level. The Deputy Commissioner said that these children have brightened the name of Hoshiarpur by winning the national level competition. Deputy DEO Sukhwinder Singh was also present on this occasion.
19 children from Hoshiarpur participated in this national level competition organized at Lovely University. In the different categories of dance, the children won 12 gold medals, 2 silver and 3 bronze medals and made the name of Hoshiarpur shine.
Giving information, children's dance coach, head teacher of government school Adamwal Praveen Sharma said that 350 children from 12 states participated in this competition. Among them, Arisha Aggarwal, Manvi, Vanita, Samridhi, Anika, Sanvi, Prania, Jasjot, Pranvi, Avishi Dogra, Anika Atri, Sharanya, Jasmaira, Manya, Jasmanraj Singh, Vanshika Gautam won medals.
