Baba has said that if the government has taken such a decision and closed the channel of progress, then some proof should be given to the employees. He alleged that the university administration is throwing the blame on the government. The employee leader reiterated that the strike will continue until the demand is met. He said that on being assured by security officer Amarjit Singh Ghuman that no person will be called from outside as a security guard from yesterday, the employees immediately opened the gate and sat down for a peaceful sit-in at the previous place. Sanjay Kumar, Mithan Singh, Angrej Singh, Gurpreet Singh, Lakhwinder Singh, Charanjit Verma, Dalbir Singh, Kulwinder Singh, Kuldeep Singh, Ajay Arora and Iqbal Mir were also present on this occasion.
