Una, December 16 - Under the drug-free Una campaign, a meeting was organized under the college intervention under the chairmanship of SDM Vishwa Mohan Dev Chauhan. Principals of colleges and ITI institutes falling under Block Una participated in the meeting. SDM said that the main objective of discussion in the meeting is to promote awareness programs, reel challenges, selfies, sports events etc. under the drug-free Una campaign going on in the college so that the youth do not go towards drugs and focus their attention towards these activities. .
Along with this, the SDM said that it is important to talk to the students about life skills apart from drug addiction, in which the students should be told how to control their anger and emotions. Apart from this, draw the attention of students towards healthy things so that they never go towards drugs in their life and are able to identify their good and bad. SDM said that it is very important for students to know how to choose their right friends so that they move away from negative peers and choose positive ones.
