Regarding this, Senior Police Captain Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar presented the matter after taking the advice of DA Legal to have the investigation of this matter done by Deputy Police Captain Banga Sarwan Singh Ball and he did not appear himself.
A case was registered against the person under section 420/506. After which the said person was informed by sending permission to call the police station at different times and present his side. Repeated raids were conducted by the police party. Which was captured yesterday on December 10 from Amritsar. He will be produced in the honorable court for further proceedings today after medical examination.
