SAS Nagar, December 9 - A youth named Paras living in a PG in village Balongi killed a youth named Joginder who ran a fast food shop in the village and then put his body in a sack and killed him. He kept it on his motorcycle and threw it in an empty place near the river of Bariyali. In this case, Balongi police has taken action and arrested Paras. In this regard, the police have registered a case against Paras under sections 302 and 201 of the IPC.

Regarding this, deceased Joginder's brother Mohit (resident of village Dudhli district Muzaffar Nagar Uttar Pradesh) who lives as a tenant in Maloa village has filed a report with the police that his elder brother Joginder Singh Rana sold fast food in the market near Shiv Mandir in Balongi. runs a shop According to the complainant, Joginder Singh Rana had told him that a boy named Paras (who lives in Sai Home PG, Balongi), often came to his shop to eat and took an adapter to his induction cooker. was Pars also had to give him money.

According to the complainant, Joginder asked Paras many times to return the goods, but he was not returning them, on which Joginder Rana rode a motorcycle and went to Balongi Paras' PG room to ask him to return his goods, but Joginder Rana Didn't come back from there. According to the complainant, when his brother was not found, he went to Balongi Sai Home along with his uncle Kuldeep Singh and inquired about his brother Joginder Rana in PG and found that Joginder Rana had come to PG but did not see him going back. On checking the cameras of the PG, it was found that Joginder Rana came to room number 34 but did not come back from there. The CCTV footage revealed that Pars came out of the room and then entered the room with a white bag and after some time he tied the bag with a rope and took it towards the stairs. After that, Paras took the bag out of the PG and tied the bag on Joginder Rana's motorcycle and left with the motorcycle.

When contacted, SHO Balongi police station Gauravbans Singh said that the Pars killed Joginder and threw his body in a sack near TDI. They said that Paras has been arrested by the police and during the preliminary interrogation, he confessed to the murder and said that he had parked Joginder's motorcycle somewhere and got on a bus from there. He said that the post-mortem of the body has been conducted by the police and Paras is being produced in the court from where his remand will be obtained.
