Call for applications for release of financial assistance grants to youth service clubs

Patiala, December 8 - The Department of Youth Services, Punjab has awarded financial aid to the Youth Services Clubs affiliated to the department based on the activities they have done in their villages for the past 2 years regarding the welfare of the village, keeping the youth away from drugs, sports and creating Rangla Punjab. Applications for assistance have been requested from across the district till December 15.

Applications for assistance have been requested from across the district till December 15.
        Sharing this information, Deputy Commissioner Patiala Sakshi Sahni said that the youth service clubs of the district should attach photographs of the activities carried out by the club and newspaper clippings with their applications so that the best performing youth service clubs from across the district can be identified. Sports equipment, financial assistance grants for youth activities can be issued to them by selection.
He also informed that the eligible youth service clubs will be selected by the committee formed at the district level.
