Una, December 7 - On the occasion of Armed Forces Flag Day, Deputy Director District Sainik Welfare Board Lieutenant Colonel SK Kalia hoisted the Army flag to Deputy Commissioner Raghav Sharma.
On this occasion, DC Raghav Sharma said that the main objective of Flag Day is to help the families of those brave men who have sacrificed their lives to protect the country. He said that while Flag Day makes the sacred memories of our soldiers memorable and immortal, our state and nation are grateful for their amazing bravery, bravery, renunciation and sacrifice. It is our duty to provide proper assistance to the dependents of the soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the country. He has requested all the citizens of the district to donate generously on Flag Day. He said that the funds collected on Flag Day are used for the welfare of soldiers, ex-servicemen and their dependents.
