During the investigation by this team investigating various aspects and uncovering the murder of tailormaster Lachhman Singh, the accused Gulzar Singh alias Gari resident of Salempur Sekhan and Paramjit Kaur wife of the deceased Lachhman Singh resident of Salempur Sekhan police station Shambhu district Patiala were arrested today. According to the police, the deceased Lachhman Singh and Gulzar Singh alias Gari are both married and have children, the deceased Lachhman Singh who used to sew clothes at home and the accused Gulzar Singh alias Gari has been working as a laborer. Deceased Lachman Singh and Gulzar Singh alias Gari are neighbors, both of them used to visit each other's house. Guljar Singh had a romantic relationship with Paramjit Kaur, the wife of the deceased Lachman Singh since 2006, which was known to the family of the deceased and Gulzar Singh's family members. Gari and Paramjit Kaur were explained a lot but they did not budge. Both ran away from home and started living in Banur area. Both men considered the deceased Lachhman Singh as an obstacle in their love relationship, due to which Gari killed Lachhman Singh with a dagger while he was sleeping in his room. After the arrest of both of them, now they will be presented in court and remanded in police custody and further investigation will be done from every aspect.
