Patiala, December 1 - Taking important steps to address the concerns of consumers in Zirakpur, Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) Director Admin Jasbir Singh Sur Singh sub- Divisional Officers (SDOs) and Executive Engineers (Axion Office) made a special visit to the city to inspect their work.
During this visit, he also interacted with consumers, including colonizers and other residents, so that their grievances could be understood and redressed promptly.
Jasbir Singh Sur Singh said that it has come to his attention that many colonizers and other consumers are facing challenges in obtaining No Objection Certificate (NOC) and necessary approvals for electricity connections. Realizing the seriousness of the matter under this chain, he visited the town and interacted directly with the consumers to get information about the problems faced by them.
Meanwhile, Singh expressed his commitment to ensure smooth and timely electricity connection process for the residents of Zirakpur.
While during the meetings with the consumers, Jasbir Singh Sur Singh carefully listened to their concerns and took note of the challenges faced by them. After this, he issued special instructions to the officials present on the spot to resolve these issues quickly. By connecting directly with consumers and understanding their problems, we can provide faster and more effective solutions, he said.
