Zirakpur, November 25 - St. John's Public School, Zirakpur celebrated its annual function at Tagore Theatre. The theme of the event was Hope for Humanity. On this occasion, Managing Director of IPB Mr. Gursimran Singh Oberoi and Dr. Navjot Kaur attended as chief guests.

During the event, the students of the school presented their skits and dances according to the theme to teach the values of compassion, philanthropy, charity and love between people. On this occasion, skits on child labour, animal cruelty, environmental pollution and the pathetic condition of senior citizens were the highlights of the event. The guests were welcomed by the Chairperson of the school Mrs. Dr. Shanta Nair and Director Mr. RK Nair. Parents of school students, school staff and other dignitaries were present in this function.
