Regarding the results, Adhyatam Prakash Tyud and Krishan Mehta said that the girls' final match was played between the teams of Faridkot and Ludhiana. The Faridkot team batted first and scored 102 runs in response to which the Ludhiana team could only score 78 runs in the allotted overs. In this way, the Faridkot team won by a margin of 24 runs. The Muktsar team won the third place in the girls' category by defeating Bathinda.
He said that the boys' final match was played between the teams of Jalandhar and Amritsar, which was one-sided. Batting first, the Jalandhar team scored 155 runs in the stipulated 20 overs, in response to which the Amritsar team scored just 77 runs in 16 overs and got all out. The Jalandhar team became the champion with a huge margin of 78 runs. In the boys category, the third position went to Sangrur while the team from the host Mohali got the fourth position.
District Education Officer (SEO) Dr. Ginni Duggal attended the prize distribution ceremony as the chief guest. On this occasion, Deputy District Education Officer (DEO) Angrez Singh was present as a special guest and the event was presided over by District Sports Coordinator Dr. Indu Bala and Principal Bhupinder Singh.
