Patiala, November 22 -The Punjab Skill Development Mission of Punjab Government is conducting registration for the youth of Punjab for the World Skill Competition 2024 to be held in France. In this regard, preparations have been started by the Punjab Skill Development Mission for the youth of Punjab to participate in the World Skill Competition 2024 to be held in France. These skill competitions are to be conducted first at the district level and later at the state and national levels.
National level winners will qualify the youth to participate in the World Skills Competition 2024 in France. Any youth born after 1st January 1999 can participate in these skill competitions. A youth can participate in any of the 61 different trades. These trades include wall and floor tiling, plumbing and heating, electrical installations, bricklaying, plaster and drywall systems, painting and decorating, cabinet-making, joinery, pantry, refrigeration and air conditioning, concrete construction work, digital construction, jewellery, floristry, Includes Fashion, Technology, Graphic Design Technology, Visual Merchandising/Window Dressing, Bakery, Beauty Therapy, Pastry & Confectionery, Cooking, Hairdressing.
