In connection with the National Lok Adalat, judicial benches will be constituted in Patiala district, which will include Patiala, Rajpura, Samana and Nabha.

Even in a pre-litigative case the parties can also apply to the Secretary District Legal Services Authority, Patiala for filing the case in Lok Adalat.
