Badayun, October 30 (Paigam-E-Jagat) A tragic road accident took place in Uttar Pradesh's Badayun district on Monday morning, in which a school bus driver and four children died. More than 15 children are said to be injured in the accident. Many children are in critical condition. The death toll may rise. According to preliminary information, the accident took place due to a collision between a school bus carrying children and a van. On receiving information about the accident, the police reached the spot and took the injured out of the bus and admitted them to the hospital. Also, the dead bodies have been taken into possession and sent for post-mortem. The accident took place near Naviganj in Usawa area of the district. On Monday, a school bus and a van collided head-on. 4 children died in this accident. As soon as the accident happened, there was a scream. A crowd of people gathered after the accident. The police reached the spot and admitted the injured children to the district hospital.
District Magistrate Manoj Kumar said that one driver and 4 students have died on the spot so far in this accident. Information is being collected about the accident in Badayu. All the injured are undergoing treatment. Officials have started investigating the matter. While giving information about the accident, an injured child said that the bus driver was not driving the bus himself but was driving the bus from someone else. The new driver was driving the bus in the wrong way. Due to which this accident happened. District Magistrate Manoj Kumar said that around 8 o'clock on Monday morning, S. R. P.S. A Maruti van of English Medium School, Gautra and a school bus of Satyadev Inter College, Jawahar Nagla collided violently. According to him, in this accident, the driver and four children in the van died while 16 students were injured, out of which the condition of six is critical.
