Jasbir Singh, Sanjay Thakur, Anup Prasad, Bakhshish Singh, Harbhajan Singh, Dr. Mundi, Tarlochan Singh, Pritpal Singh, Rajinder Pal Singh said the residents have been struggling on their own from time to time with the governments and concerned departments, but if the concerned department does not take any decision in this matter soon due to appropriate and legal action, then the people will be forced to take the path of a major struggle against the concerned authorities.
The residents of the Society reported that they have been struggling for ownership for the last 15 years but are not getting ownership due to disagreements among some people in the society. He said that there are about 448 houses in Pancham Society, of which residents have met MLA Kulwant Singh to resolve the ongoing land issue with the moving gamada and MLA Kulwant Singh has ordered the gamada to take a review and review of the issues etc.
He said that the decision of GMADA to charge the amount from the flat holders on the basis of prodata would be unfair to all the flat holders as their constituent share including land cast and flat cast including interest has been paid to the society, so GMADA should reconsider it.
He said that he had met the present MLA Kulwant Singh in this regard and that he had informed him about the incident.A. Orders have been made in writing to resolve the matter. He said that instead of being asked by the gamada to collect the amount from the landlords individually, through the society RCS, if this was not done, the people of the society would be forced to make a big struggle.
Vineet Malik : ruling leaders should solve problems instead of misleading people
Area councillor Vineet Malik said the flats were owned by SZ. The decision was taken during the Charanjit Singh Channi government and around 300 flat owners of the society have also given a written undertaking to gamada that they are ready to deposit the money made, but gamada refuses to take the money, due to which the matter is in limbo. He said that the ruling leaders should start the process of depositing money by putting pressure on the government instead of misleading the residents so that the issue can be resolved firmly.
