Mr. Pawan Kumarji said that our countrymen should follow the principles adopted by Mahatma Gandhiji who was an idealistic man who
fasted to death for the development of the country after staying hungry and thirsty for many days. Even today, the country salutes their
determination. Media Club Officer and Hamsar Social Welfare Youth Club President Mr. Rohit Bhatia Gold Medalist and State Awardee
said that Mahatma Gandhi spent his entire life freeing India from the shackles of slavery. Which is still a living example for every
generation of our country. Media club officer Suraj Prakash and Sardar Harjinder Singh said that Mahatma Gadhi ji started many agitations
for the country against the British government, as a result of which today we are calling India as a free country. Similarly, Media Club
officer Dr Rajwant ji said that Mahatma Gandhi ji's birthday is also celebrated as the International Day of Non-violence. He was the priest
of non-violence. Abhijit Basra, Deepanshu Basra, Poonam Bhatia, Sukhwinder Kumar and many other eminent gentlemen were present on
this occasion.
