under Garhshankar police station. According to the registered case, ASI Sukhwinder Singh Police Outpost Incharge Samundra was patrolling with the police party from Sumandra 

towards Roorkee Khas and when they reached near the crematorium of village Chaka Singha, the persons coming on foot saw the police. suddenly started to turn back. When the 

said person was caught by the police personnel, he revealed his name as Surinder Singh alias Shinda, son of Karam Singh, resident of Chak Singha. After recovering 20 bottles of 

black horse whiskey kept in a sack from him, a case under the Excise Act has been registered against him at Garhshankar police station.
