Union leader Surjit Singh said that a continuous dharna has been going on since June 13 at the water tank of village Khurana on the land of Sangrur and Inderjit Singh Mansa has also been continuously protesting at the water tank. He said that the notice of dismissal from the job of Inderjit Singh Mansa, who stood on the tank for his legitimate and rightful demands, has been removed. The leaders appealed that instead of sacking the teachers, a meaningful solution should be found in the Chief Minister's meeting on September 29, otherwise the struggle will be intensified in the coming days.
