Kharar police has been registered a case under Section 323, 342, 383, 120-B of the IPC against two women and two persons, residents of Gurunanak Enclave sector 125 for called a person Ravi Kumar a resident of Sunny Enclave, to her house and assaulted him, making a video of him in naked position and demanded money by threatening to make the video viral. According to the information received, a complaint was given to the police by Ravi Kumar that on September 23 he was called to his house by a woman Sonia and a girl Anchal on the pretext of helping him and then Gursevak Singh, Divanshu, Sonia and Anchal who were present in the house. He was first beaten up and then demanded money by threatening to take off his clothes and make a video of him. According to the complainant, when he expressed his inability to pay, they all took away his phone and transferred Rs. 5000 through G-pay And threatened that If he does not pay 20,000 rupees in one or two days, they will defame him by viralizing his nude video on social media. According to Ravi Kumar, he could not arrange the 20,000 rupees and he lodged a complaint with the police.   According to the information received by the police, in this case Gursevak Singh resident of Guru Nanak Colony Badala Road Kharar, Diwanshu resident of Village Chambi, Police Station Shahpur District Kangra, Sonia resident of House Sec: 41/A Chandigarh and Anchal resident of Shivjot Enclave Kharar (currently resident of Guru Nanak Enclave) Sec: 125 Sunny Enclave Kharar) has been arrested. The police is investigating the matter.
