SAS Nagar, 5th September Punjab Police Pensioners Welfare Association District SAS Nagar Unit office bearers and members monthly meeting was held at Unit office Mohali under the chairmanship of Shri Joban Singh Retired DSP. The spokesperson of the association said that during the meeting, the problems faced by the present members, their pains and sufferings and other domestic issues were discussed and their opinions were given. The spokesperson said that on this occasion Mr. Joban Singh (retired DSP) heard the issues of the members present and resolved them. During the meeting Mr. Mahinder Singh (Ins. Retired) presented the idea of further strengthening the organization and explained it in detail and told that the stronger the organization, the faster the solutions to the problems of the colleagues will be possible. During the meeting, it was demanded from the government that retired employees should be given benefits under the formula of 2.59 according to the report of the government pay commission.
