Students were made aware at Mallupota School under sweep activities

Hardeep Kaur, Assistant Professor of Politics Department from College Nawanshahr and Unkar Singh, Computer Faculty, under the able leadership of Principal Narinder Singh at Government Senior Secondary School, Mallupota, made the staff and students aware about Lok Sabha Elections 2024.

Satnam Singh declared it mandatory for the students to cast their vote and also encouraged them to use their vote. And it was said by them that the students must exercise their right to vote as citizens of India And make sure to cast your vote because in the future only the youth can maintain the country's democracy. He said that the students in and around their villages should vote and ask each and every person to exercise their right to vote in the upcoming elections and under the Election Commission's slogan "This time 70 par" of district Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar. Cooperate and make every effort to cross the voting turnout of 75.
Assistant professor Hardeep Kaur also made the students aware about the polling statistics that women vote more than men. And therefore, as a citizen, it is the personal duty of each person to exercise their right to vote so that a strong democracy can be established. And also the students were motivated to contribute in the field of education as well. Students were encouraged to cast their vote regardless of religion, caste and caste and said that students who are above 18 years of age can also cast their vote online.
