Hoshiarpur-The 15th Finance Commission has released an amount of 22 crore 65 lakh rupees to the Hoshiarpur Lok Sabha constituency to promote rural development. The purpose of this amount is to improve infrastructure in rural areas, education, health, roads and water supply. To strengthen the facilities like Announcing this fund, Member of Parliament Raj Kumar Chabewal said that this amount will be distributed for development work in various assembly constituencies of Hoshiarpur region.
He said that an amount of 2 crore 86 lakh rupees has been allotted to Chabewal
Dasuha Vidhan Sabha Constituency Hoshiarpur has received an amount of 2 crore 76 lakh rupees
An amount of 1 crore 2 lakh rupees has been given to Hoshiarpur Vidhan Sabha
 An amount of 2 crore 83 lakh rupees has been released for the development of Shamchurasi to the Vidhan Sabha constituency Mukerian.
An amount of Rs 2 crore 92 lakh has been released for the development of Shamchurasi.
 An amount of 2 crore 60 lakh rupees has been given to Urmur.
A total amount of Rs 5 crore has been allocated for these three assembly constituencies Sri Hargobindpur Sahab, Bhulath and Phagwara. It will be used to build rural roads, solve water supply problems and develop other infrastructure. Apart from this, this amount will also be used to improve education and health services. Member of Parliament Raj Kumar Chabewal said that this amount will prove to be a milestone for the development of rural areas. This fund released by the 15th Finance Commission will not only improve infrastructure but also improve the standard of living in these areas.
