Hoshiarpur - Former President and Project Chairman of Rotary Club Jarnail Singh Dhir said that Rotary Club Hoshiarpur Central celebrated Teachers' Day at Hotel Fine Dining near Shimla Pahari Chowk Hoshiarpur. The program was presided over by Rotary Club President Vijay Kumar and Assistant Governor of Rotary Club Bhupinder Kumar participated as the chief guest.
On this occasion, 7 teachers who worked with hard work, dedication and missionary spirit were honored with shawls, loi and certificates. These included teacher Monica Ajowal, teacher Sangeeta Saini Ajowal, Jaswinder Kaur Yodhmal, Parwinder Kaur Yodhmal, Ramdhan Singh Manjhi, Surinder Kumar Dhadha and Rajesh Kumar Dhadha. On this occasion, Club President Vijay Kumar said that teachers are the creators of the country and the builders of civil society.
Chief guest Bhupinder Kumar expressed his views and said that teachers are rays of light who sacrifice themselves for the social, economic and prosperity and honor of the country. Apart from these, Harshvinder Singh, Rajan Saini, Amandeep Singh, Naresh Kumar Handa also expressed their views. Kuldeep Singh Patti, Ranjit Kumar, Vishwa Bandhu etc. were present on this occasion.
