Hoshiarpur September :- Member of Parliament Raj Kumar Chabewal has allocated an amount of 29.29 lakh rupees for the development of village Thakkarwal. This amount will be used for various development works of the village, including repair of streets and drains, establishment of a gym and improvement of the road from Thakkarwal to Dihana Manjh Jathere.
Chabewal said on this occasion that our aim is that the people of village Thakkarwal can also get all the facilities that are necessary for today's modern life. The development of the village is my priority and I will ensure that all necessary development works of village Thakkarwal are carried out on time and with quality. Member of Parliament Raj Kumar Chabewal also indicated that in the near future they are preparing plans for more development works in village Thakkarwal and other rural areas.
 Dr. Ishank was specially present with him on this occasion. He said that his government is committed to the development of rural areas and will ensure that all basic facilities are available in every village. With this announcement, the people of the village have got a big relief because the village lacked basic facilities for a long time. An amount of 14.29 lakh rupees has been sanctioned for the repair of the streets and drains of the village. The old and dilapidated streets and drains of the village will be reconstructed using this amount. For years, the people of the village were troubled by the inundation of water during the rains and the bad condition of the roads. With these improvement works, the villagers will get the facility of clean and safe transportation.
Apart from this, the problem of beans will also be solved with the construction of drains, which will reduce the health problems in the village. There is a great news for the youth of the village and other fitness enthusiasts. Member of Parliament Chabewal has released an amount of 7 lakh rupees to build a gym in the village. Modern equipment and facilities will be provided in this gym, through which the people of the village will be able to focus on health and fitness. Setting up a gym will not only maintain the physical health of the youth but will also motivate them to participate in sports and other physical activities.
Along with this, the village elders can also adopt a healthy lifestyle by using the gym. An amount of Rs. 8 lakh has been sanctioned for the improvement of the road from village Thakkarwal to village Dihana Manjh Jathere. Sarpanch and other leaders of the village appreciated this step of MP Raj Kumar Chabewal and said that this amount will contribute significantly to the development of the village. The youth of the village also expressed enthusiasm about the establishment of the gym, saying that it would be a new beginning for them.
The elders of the village also welcomed this initiative and said that they have been troubled by the poor condition of the roads and drains of the village for a long time. Now with this amount, the image of the village will improve with the development works in the village and the standard of living of the people here will also be high.
