Hyderabad, August 31 - Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra's husband Robert Vadra has slammed BJP MP Kangana for her anti-farmer comments. Addressing the media, Vadra said that she (Kangana) is a woman, I respect her, but I think she does not deserve to be in Parliament. He further said that she is not educated and I think she only thinks about herself but she should think about other women too.
Vadra said that women's safety is the most important issue, which all political parties should come together to solve. Notably, Ranaut, a Member of Parliament from Mandi in Himachal Pradesh, on Monday shared a clip of his interview with a newspaper on 'X', in which he said that a "Bangladesh-like situation" could have arisen in India during the farmers' movement. Kangana then alleged that during the farmers' agitation, "bodies were hanging and rapes were taking place. While criticizing the opposition parties, Ranaut also alleged the involvement of China and the US in the conspiracy.
