In the notice, she has said that they inform everyone that Nirmal Singh Bhanghu was committed to the single, unwavering dream of returning the money of every investor of Pearls Group.
The cases related to the refund of investors of PACL Limited and PGF Limited are being considered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Which is monitoring the return of money to the investors of PACL Limited and PGF Limited. And for this, two committees (Lodha Committee and Special Committee) have also been constituted.
