Mandi Gobindgarh, August 27 - Engineering Technology and Computing in collaboration with Department of Business Management and Commerce, Desh Bhagat University Mandi Gobindgarh celebrated National Space Day. On this occasion, a quiz competition was organized, in which four students from each team participated.
 Jatin, Amandeep, Simran and Preet won the first prize from Computer Science Engineering department. The second prize was awarded to Adarsh, Sukhmani, Harneed Kaur and Mehnaz of the Department of Computer Science Applications. M Tank Electrical Engineering student Athar S Kandkai won the first prize. The second prize was jointly won by Mohammad Saqib and Himanshi Bachelor of Business Administration.
At the end of the event Deputy Director Dr. Khushbu Bansal thanked all the participants and organizers for their contribution to make the event a success.
Earlier, DBU Vice President and Dean of Faculty of Engineering Technology and Computing, Dr. Harsh Sadavarti, while inaugurating the event, highlighted the importance of celebrating Space Day in advancing technology, promoting innovation and understanding the universe.
