Saroa - ASI Satnam Singh Chowki in-charge Saroa has succeeded in arresting a youth with 6 grams of heroin. Chowki Incharge while giving information said that he along with the police party was going from Saroa to Diyala side for patrolling and checking. So when the police party reached the Dayalan gate and was checking the suspicious vehicles due to the blockade, a Mona youth motorcycle was seen coming from the Mahindpur side of the village.
At which the police party pointed a torch and signaled to stop. Who, seeing the police party standing in front, suddenly stopped his motorcycle and started turning back and took out a transparent wax envelope from the right pocket of his pajama and threw it on the side of the road. Which was arrested by Chowki in-charge Saroa Satnam Singh with the help of fellow employees along with the motorcycle number PB-32-AC-3119 without suspicion. And on asking for his name, he gave his name as Sagar Bassi son of Kashmir Singh, resident of Kaulgarh police station, Sadar Balachore. After picking up the transparent envelope dropped by him, 06 grams of heroin were recovered from it.
A case No. 66 A:/D: 21-61-85 was registered under the NDPS Act against the said youth at Pojewal police station. The accused has been arrested in the registered case.
