Maud Mandi- Police has got a big success in arresting the accused of the murder that took place in broad daylight in village Kotli Kalan within a few hours. Senior Police Captain Bhagirath Singh said that a day ago Sadar Mansa police received information that Kulwinder Singh son of Karamjit Singh resident of Kotli Kalan has been shot dead in village Kotli Kalan. On the statement of Karamjit Singh, police has registered a case in Sadar Mansa police station against Narayan Singh son of Jeet Singh, Karnail Singh son of Jeet Singh, Gurpreet Singh son of Narayan Singh, Sukhdev Singh son of Karnail Singh, Raj Singh son of Karnail Singh resident of Kotli Kalan, Charna Singh son of Jeet Singh resident of Kallo. Inspector Jagdish Kumar in charge CIA Staff Mansa and Thanedaar Nachhatar Singh Additional Chief Officer Thana Sadar Mansa, working with the help of teams, arrested the murderer Gurpreet Singh son of Narayan Singh resident Kotli Kalan, who was trying to escape, from Railway Station Mansa. A 45 bore pistol used during the incident was recovered from him and the motorcycle cart along with the black and blue colored Discover motorcycle number PB10 CA 3203 used during the incident was taken into custody. Initial investigation revealed that the deceased Kulwinder Singh had broken the legs of the uncle of accused Gurpreet Singh in the year 2022. This murder was committed due to the enmity of the same. The accused arrested by the police will be produced in the honorable court and sent to police custody. The police is continuously conducting raids to arrest other accused involved in the incident.
