Nawanshahr - As a part of ongoing awareness campaign against drugs, Hon'ble SSP Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar is organizing a 'Marathon' on 20/08/2024 (Tuesday) at 5:30 am at ITI Ground. It will start from Nawanshahr and will end at ITI Ground Nawanshahr after a 5 km circuit of the city via Chandigarh Chowk-Sugar Mill-Dr BR Ambedkar Chowk-Chandigarh Road.
 Prizes will be awarded to the first three runners-up and medals and certificates will be awarded to all the contestants. Apart from this, refreshments will also be provided to the participants in the race.
 The purpose of the said 'marathon' is to make people aware of the harmful effects of drugs and to inspire them to live a healthy life.
 Hon'ble/SSP Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar invited all the media personnel to be a part of the said Anti-Drug Marathon of District Police and cover it.
 Honorable SSP Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar appealed to the people to participate in the said marathon as much as possible and join this important fight against drugs.
