Nawashahr - Pursuant to the main objective of Rudra Puja in Nawashahr, Reverend Gurudev Sri Sri Ravishankar Ji (Founder of Art of Living) tried to clean the environment. Swami Ram Nathji, who arrived for Rudra Puja, planted a tree on Saloh Road under the SKT Plantation Team's "Environment Save Campaign" and gave a message of environmental protection.
Swami Ramnath said that if we want to give a clean environment to ourselves and the coming generation, then we need to take such steps in the present time. Our future generations will get a clean environment. He appealed to all of them to fulfill their responsibility for environmental protection. He also appreciated the environmental conservation work being done by SKT Plantation Team, Haryawal Punjab and Art of Living in the city.
Manoj Kanda said that Art of Living is always ready to protect the environment. No disposal utensils of any kind were used in today's program. Stainless steel glasses and fresh clean water were provided for water. Natural flowers were used for decoration. No artificial or plastic materials of any kind are used. He urged everyone to join this campaign of planting saplings.
Pandit Ji from Ved Vigyan Vidyapeeth, Ankush Nizawan, Director of SKT Plantation Team and Manoj Kanda, District Convenor of Hariawal Punjab and Art of Living teacher were also present on this occasion.
