Mahilpur August 15- The 78th Independence Day was celebrated in an enthusiastic manner at Government Elementary School Branch Colony Mahilpur. Head teacher Surekha Rani, Nirmal Kaur Badhan, Madam Ramandeep, Madam Bhupinder Kaur, Madam Shivani and all the school children participated in this event. A program dedicated to Independence Day was presented by the children. On this occasion, the patriots who made sacrifices for the freedom of the country were remembered.
