The Faculty Association of PGIMER, Chandigarh, has decided to support the strike call of Indian Medical Association along with other INIs on 17.08.2024 in solidarity with the resident doctors following the recent gruesome incident at Kolkata.  
Accordingly, all outpatient department services will remain closed for both old and new patients  in PGIMER on 17th August, 2024. However, emergency and critical care services will continue as before.
