Una, 29 July - Governor Shri Shiv Pratap Shukla today (Monday) paid obeisance at the famous Shaktipeeth of North India, Chhinnamastika Dham Mata Chintapurni Temple. On this occasion, his wife Lady Governor Mrs. Janaki Shukla was also with him. The Governor and Lady Governor duly performed Puja in the temple and prayed for the happiness and prosperity of the people of the state. They also performed Havan Yagya in the temple.
On this occasion, Deputy Commissioner Una Jatin Lal, Superintendent of Police Rakesh Singh, SDM Amb Vivek Mahajan and other officers were present.
