Along with this, the police are talking about conducting a joint campaign by coordinating with the police of Chandigarh, which is adjacent to the city, so that any untoward incident can be prevented from happening during the elections.

Regarding this, DSP City 2 Mr. Harsimran Singh Bal and DSP City 1 Mr. Mohit Agarwal held a coordination meeting with DSP Charanjit Singh Virak and DSP South Dalbir Singh Bhinder of Sector 39 area of ??Chandigarh during which both the cities SHOs of different police stations also participated.
Giving information about the meeting, Mr. Harsimran Singh Ball said that during the meeting, the police of both the cities decided to keep an eye on those going from one city to another city and control such persons. Along with this, it was agreed to take action against anti-social elements by setting up joint barriers. He said that it was decided in the meeting that no one will be allowed to tamper with law and order.
