The Ghagga police have registered an FIR against seven people including the woman's husband and arrested two accused women in this case. The accused has married a second time According to the FIR, on June 19, Amandeep Kaur complained of beating against her husband Nanak Singh in the police control room, after which she reached the police station. Nanak Singh recently got married for the second time to Amandeep Kaur. Amandeep Kaur alleged that after marriage, Nanak Singh used to beat her after drinking alcohol. When Balwinder Singh reached the house of accused Nanak Singh to call him, he was attacked by Nanak Singh and other members of his family. Balwinder Singh's turban came off and his uniform was also torn. The accused allegedly beat him up badly and he somehow defended himself and reached the hospital. SHO of Ghaga police station Darshan Singh said that a case has been registered against Nanak Singh, Nanak Singh's father Avtar Singh, Gurman Singh of village Atalan and Manpreet Kaur, Pinderdeep Kaur, Amandeep Kaur for the attack on ASI. Pinderdeep Kaur and Amandeep Kaur have been arrested.
