As part of the Yogasanas competition at Yoga Centre PGIMER, the competition for the age group 46 years and above was organized today. As part of the Yogasanas competition at Yoga Centre PGIMER, the competition for the age group 46 years and above was organized today. Most of the participants in this age group were PGI faculty and staff. The judges Dr. Aruna rakha, faculty from Translational and regenerative Medicine and Mr. Kalyan, Yoga therapist appreciated all the participant for their active enrollment. With this the 3-days Yogasanas competition comes to an end. Tomorrow the Yoga Centre will be organizing slogan writing and painting competition. On this occasion, Dr. Akshay Anand, Prof In-charge of the Yoga centre said “The spirit of Yogasanas competition is evident from the large number of faculty members who participated today”
