SAS Nagar, June 6 - On the completion of 40 years of Saka Neela Tara, the Sri Akhand Paath Sahib started two days ago in memory of the Singhs/Singnis who were martyred during the army attack in June 1984 at Gurdwara Shri Amb Sahib Pa: Satvi Mohali, and Gurdwara Shri Fateh e Jung Sahib Chapparchidi Kalan Mohali, was offered bhog.
Addressing the condolence meeting, Shiromani Committee member Bibi Paramjit Kaur Landran and Jathedar Charanjit Singh Kalewal said that 6 June 1984 is not an event but history. And history is not forgotten but written. They said that in June 1984, not only the Singhs and Singnis shed blood but the entire Punjab, Sikhs, Sikhism and humanity was bled. Which cannot be forgotten as long as the world lives.
