Newly appointed Commissioner of Police for Ludhiana, IPS Nilabh Kishore, took charge of the post
Ludhiana - The new police commissioner of Ludhiana, Nilabh Kishore, has assumed his duties this afternoon. He has assumed charge as the 22nd Commissioner of Police. Police Commissioner Kuldeep Chahal was transferred and Nilabh Kishore was appointed in his place as per the order of the Election Commissioner last evening.

Nilabh Kishore is a 1998 batch IPS officer. Before taking charge as Commissioner of Police Ludhiana, he was serving as ADGP STF Punjab in Shahabzada Ajit Singh Nagar. Now he has been made Police Commissioner of Ludhiana.
