DC. Jatin Lal told that the NDRF team of 14th battalion has reached district Una for stay. During this time, this team will visit various places of the district till 31st May to create awareness about prevention from natural and man-made disasters. Will conduct community exercises at various places. In this regard, Deputy Commissioner Jatin Lal held a meeting with the NDRF team and discussed the exercise. The Deputy Commissioner handed over the District Disaster Plan, Inventory List, information about important places and profile of District Una to the NDRF team and expressed hope that this exercise will be successful and will help in better dealing with disasters.
In this series, an awareness and capacity building program was organized for students and staff at Government Senior Secondary School, Dehlan on 21st May. Collected information related to the meeting regarding unsafe profiles with local management officials at IOCL, Indane Bottling Plant Raipur Sahodan on 22 May.
