
Micro observers will monitor critical and sensitive booths
Hoshiarpur - On the instructions of the Election Commission of India, the first randomization of micro observers took place today in the presence of General Observer Dr. R. Anandkumar at the NIC Office District Administrative Complex regarding Lok Sabha Elections. Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer Komal Mittal was also present during the randomisation.

Anandkumar at the NIC Office District Administrative Complex regarding Lok Sabha Elections. Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer Komal Mittal was also present during the randomisation.
The District Election Officer said that 270 micro observers have been deployed at 188 places in the district in view of the Lok Sabha elections. He said that all these observers will monitor critical, sensitive, shadow area booths of the district. He said that all the micro observers will be trained on May 25 at 4 pm in the auditorium of James Cambridge School. He said that the appointed election staff should perform their duties with full responsibility and should feel proud that they are becoming a part of the election system.
District Election Officer Komal Mittal said that the district administration will leave no stone unturned to conduct Lok Sabha elections in a fair and transparent manner. He said that paid news is being monitored by forming MCMC committee There, immediate action is being taken on the complaints received regarding the violation of the ideal election code through the complaint cell established at the district level and the C-Vizil app. He said that violation of ideal election code in the district will not be tolerated at any cost. On this occasion, DIO Pradeep Singh, Lead Bank Manager Rajesh Joshi, Deputy District Education Officer (S) Dheeraj Vashisht, Election Tehsildar Sarabjit Singh, Assistant Public Relations Officer Lokesh Kumar, Election Counselor Deepak Kumar and Lakhbir Singh were also present.
