If possible, seasonal fruits and vegetables like watermelon, melon, orange, cucumber, tomato etc. should also be used. In order to avoid the intense sunlight, one should leave the house as little as possible in the afternoon. If you have to go out for some work in the afternoon, try to sit for some time in a cool place like under a tree. Light colored clothes should always be worn during summer days. He said that new born children, people suffering from obesity, mentally ill people, people suffering from heart diseases, elderly people and pregnant women are more at risk of heat stroke. Therefore, special attention should be paid to children, elderly and pregnant women during summer days.
District epidemiologist Dr Sumeet Singh said that due to heat, the body and bile, dizziness, excessive sweating and fatigue, headache and vomiting, red and dry skin, restlessness, irritability, increased heart rate etc. There may be signs And sometimes the heat causes weakness in the muscles as well. Due to which the person feels very tired even after doing a little work. One should avoid walking in scorching sun.
