Garshankar, May 9 - The birth anniversary of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, the creator of the Indian Constitution, was celebrated with full enthusiasm by the residents of Possi village.
According to the information given by the named Sakshiyat N. Heer, Principal Sohan Singh Sunni, Dr. Kashmir Chand, Babu Jagdish Ram specially arrived as the main speaker during this event.
