Where he gave the constitution to the country, he awakened the Dalits and working class from their long slumber, made them aware of the need for education, made them realize their power and taught them to fight for their rights. He did many great things. . Worked for the abolition of casteism, wrote as much as could be written in the constitution for the downtrodden. He was also opposed to personal worship. He has said that the seeds of casteism lie in Hinduism. Mannu did a great and daring act against the caste system by publicly burning the Smriti. This great evil is in old and new India. Even now you can see how deep the roots of caste are. Dalit laborers of the country are still demanding the upper castes. Upper caste corporate nagkundali is sitting on a large part of the total wealth of the country. He said that government institutions are being sold in private hands very quickly. Due to which Dalits have been alienated from the facility of reservation. He said that Babasaheb said that economic freedom is half incomplete without political freedom.
After Dr. BR Ambedkar, Babu Kanshi Ram created a movement and created social and political consciousness among the Dalits, but the current BSP leadership has abandoned the principles of Babu Kanshi Ram and has become the ruling class party. This party cannot cross the boat of dalits and labourers. He said that at present, efforts are being made to hijack Dr. BR Ambedkar by those forces who are staunch opponents of Ambedkarism. He said that only those who read Dr. Ambedkar will fight for their rights in future. He said that the Land Sealing Act was made in 1972 but it has not been implemented by any government till date. According to this act, more than 17 acres of land was to be taken away from that person and distributed among the landless, but it was not distributed. According to the law, one-third of the panchayat land is to be given to Dalits for cultivation, but this law is also not being fully implemented.

It has a very deep meaning but the rulers have destroyed the right of the working class to get education by commercializing education. We are too late to connect, far behind to struggle.
